Mental health care is one of the most demanding disciplines in medicine. The clinician must hold space for a patient's distress, track complex treatment histories, coordinate with other providers, and document everything — all while staying present. Most EHR systems make that harder, not easier.
Signacare was built from the ground up for this specific context. Every feature exists to reduce friction — not to add capability for its own sake. The AI Scribe captures session notes so the clinician can stay in the room. The scheduling engine handles reminders so the front desk doesn't have to. The patient portal gives clients agency between sessions.

Our infrastructure is hosted entirely within Australian borders, and we hold no patient data outside of the jurisdiction in which it was created.
